We partnered with Ozone, a multi-segment skincare brand built around three distinct sub-brands — a professional salon range, an accessible mass-market line, and a clinical luxury portfolio. Our scope covered end-to-end packaging design and brand communication, shaping a clear and differentiated identity for each vertical while retaining a cohesive master brand system. From structural packaging decisions and visual hierarchies to tone of voice, claims architecture, and on-pack storytelling, every element was strategically crafted to reflect its audience — performance-driven for salon professionals, approachable and aspirational for mass consumers, and refined, science-forward for the clinical luxury segment. The result is a unified yet versatile brand ecosystem that strengthens shelf presence, builds credibility, and ensures seamless communication across formats and touchpoints.
